Eligibility Criteria
• Retired Police Personnel (not below the rank of DSP or equivalent from Govt. of Odisha.
• Must have good service records and physical fitness will be eligible for consideration.
• There should be no departmental proceedings or criminal cases contemplated or pending against Officers or should not have been penalized for misconduct during the last five years preceding to their retirement.
Selection Process
• Through Personal Interview
Remuneration
• Fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs.35,000/- per month.
There is also option for drawing last pay minus pension as per Government Guidelines
Tenure, Term and Conditions
1.The engagement will be initially for a period of two years.which may be extended in future.
2.During contractual engagement, she/ he will be entitled to get Travelling Allowance for approved tours.
3. She / He will get 10 days of leave in a calendar year. Balance leave will not be carried forward to subsequent years.
4.This is a full time engagement.The candidate engaged as CSO shall not accept any other appointment / engagement.
