       ECGC is a Public Sector Enterprise, wholly owned by Government of India. It has objective to promote exports from the country by providing credit risk insurance and other services. Probationary Officers are recruited in the Executive cadre with a handsome salary and all other applicable allowances.

Selection Method

The Selection will be in four phases.

1. Objective Test - Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) :

i. For PO(Generalist) : Duration140 minutes 200 MCQs.

ii. For PO(Specialist) :Duration 140 Minutes 200 MCQs

2. Descriptive Paper : Test of English Language for POs (Generalists)/Test of Language for POs (Rajbhasa)

3. Screening for Interview based on Scores

4. Interview

5.Final selection based on Merit.

Exam Pattern

1. There will be Objective test of MCQs and subjective Test for Languages. After Written Examination, the papers will be evaluates and cut off will be decided.

2. The candidates who have cleared cut off , shall be called for Interview.

3. Final selection shall be based on the performance and merit of the candidates in the Online Exam and Interview.

How to Apply ECGC PO Exam Details

There are three stages for online submission of application.

A. Application Registration
B. Payment of Application Fee
C. Photograph & Signature Scan and Upload

A. Application Registration : Candidates must go through this detailed advertisement very carefully and check their eligibility before proceeding to apply ONLINE for the position.

2. Candidates are required to have a valid personal Email ID and Mobile Number for registration. Click on the link " CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering the basic information.

3. Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained.

B. Payment of Application Fee :

1.Pay the application fees through online mode Only.

2.. Payment can be made by using Debit Cards (Rupay/Vias/Master Card/Maestro), Credit Cards or Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash cards/Mobile Wallets.

3. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Take a print out of it for future reference.

C. Photograph and Signature Upload :

1. Upload the photgraph and signature of required dimension and size as per the Advertisement.

2. Follow the Do's and Don'ts before uploading the same.

3. Follow the procedures laid down in the advertisement for uploading the scanned copy of the documents.

4. Finally submit the application form.
