Educational Qualification for OPTCL Recruitment 2026 Notification
1.Management Trainee (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or passing Section A & B of IE (India) in Civil Engineering.( For SC/ST candidates minimum 50% marks).
2. Management Trainee (Law): Degree in Law from a recognised institution.
3.Junior Management Trainee (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
4. Office Assistant Grade-III Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Candidates must be able to read and write Odia and have working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Selection Method
The Selection will be in two phases.
1. Computer Based Test (CBT) - 200 number of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Three (3) hours duration.

ii. Uploading of Documents: Candidates are required to keep the following documents ready before initiating the Onine Application Form. Size of documents to be uploaded shall be 100KB to 300KB and in pdf format only.
