Educational Qualification for BOI Manager Recruitment 2025
1.IT Officer Posts: B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ MCA/ M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics with at least 60% marks.
2.Law Officer: Graduate Degree in Law (3 or 5 years).
3.Risk Manager : Graduate/Post-Graduate degree plus a Certificate in Financial Risk Management (GARP) or Professional Risk Management (PRIMA) OR a Master’s in Math/Statistics/Econometrics.
4.Finance/Accounts/GST/TDS: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance).
5.Engineering Posts : B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
Post Qualification Experience is Mandatory for all posts.
1.Chief Manager (Scale IV): Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
2.Senior Manager (Scale III): Minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
3.Manager (Scale II):Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Chief Manager (Senior Management Grade Scale-IV): ₹102,300 – ₹120,940
Senior Manager (Middle Management Grade Scale-III): ₹85,920 – ₹105,280
Manager (Middle Management Grade Scale-II): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
This “Basic Pay” is provided here. As an officer, you will be entitled to a other benefits package.
You will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), which is revised quarterly to protect your salary against inflation. You will also get House Rent Allowance (HRA), which varies based on your city of posting (higher in metro cities) to cope up with accommodation costs.
Other benefits are there which include Transport Allowance (TA), Medical Aid, and other perquisites as per the prevailing bank’s rules.
Selection Method
The Selection will be in three phases.
1. Online Examination - English & Professional Knowledge: (Marks-125, Duration-100 Minutes )
2. Interview : 100 marks.The minimum qualifying mark is 50% for General/EWS candidates (45% for reserved categories).
3.Final selection based on Merit : weightage ratio of the Online Exam and Interview will be 80:20.

3. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Take a print out of it for future reference.
C. Photograph and Signature Upload :
1. Upload the photgraph and signature of required dimension and size as per the Advertisement. (JPEG Format, photograph- upto 50 KB, signature- upto 20 KB)
2. Follow the Do's and Don'ts before uploading the same.
3. Follow the procedures laid down in the advertisement for uploading the scanned copy of the documents.
4. Finally submit the application form.
