Educational Qualification
• Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): A regular degree in Master of Business Administration (Finance) from a recognized university or institution.
• Library & Information Assistant: Graduate in Library Science from a recognized university or institution.
• Junior Translation Officer: Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Graduation level.
OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in English and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Graduation level.
OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Graduation level.
OR
Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Graduation level.
• Accountant : Graduate degree from a recognized university or institution and Intermediate in Chartered Accountancy (CA)/Intermediate in Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
• Stenographer: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution with 5-minute dictation at a speed of 80 words per minute (English or Hindi) and transcription time - 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.

• The application for this post contains 2 step process.
Step-1 - Registration and profile creation.
Step-2 – Online Payment and uploading of documents.
• Registration : Candidate should fill the details to receive the User ID and Password. Candidate will receive the User ID and Password on the registered email address and/or on registered mobile number.
• Candidate can login with the User ID and Password to complete the application form .
• Candidates must provide Correct information such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address as these details cannot be changed once the registration is completed.
• Online fee payment: Candidates must pay the fee through online mode.
• Uploading of Documents:- Upload scanned images of Qualification documents, Photograph and Signature. The Photo and Signature should be in JPG/JPEG format only and the Qualification documents in JPG/JPEG.
• Size of Photo must be between 100 KB to and 200 KB. The Signature size should be between 80 KB and 150 KB or as stated in the advertisement.
• Printing the Submitted Application : On successful submission of the Application Form, the candidate should print his/her Application Form by clicking the “Print Form” Button .
• Ensure to submit the application before the last date to apply for NHAI Dy Manager Finance Recruitment.
Selection Process
• Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): There will be Two Tier examination i.e. CBT followed by an interview.
• Library & Information Assistant/Junior Translation Officer/Accountant:
There will be one tier examination - CBT.
• Stenographer: There will be Two- Tier examination i.e. CBT followed by Skill test in Stenography. Skill Test is mandatory, but only qualifying in nature in the ration 1:10.
• The cut off marks may increase/decrease subject to number of candidate(s) qualifying for the final stage of National Highways Authority of India Career 2025
Important Instructions for NHAI Dy Manager Finance Notification
• Candidates must bring the following documents on the day of examination else will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
o Printed copy of Admit Card downloaded from NHAI website.
o One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Application Form)
o Any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be the original, valid, and non-expired) – Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card (With photograph).
o PwBD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwBD category.
o PwBD Certificate regarding physical limitation in an examination to write as per prescribed proforma, if claiming the relaxation under PwBD category.
o Letter of Undertaking for using Own Scribe as per proformas attached, if claiming the relaxation under PwBD category.
• The centers of examination may be decided though the preferences/options submitted by candidates and availability of sufficient candidates.
• The city/ cities of examination for Skill Test will be informed to the shortlisted candidates separately.
